We obtain annual demand forecast from the customer and infrastructure capacity available vs demand is reviewed and CAPA taken.
3 months Rolling Plan is obtained from the customer every month (1 Month Firm and 2nd and 3rd month projection) based on which the infrastructure demand vs availability is reviewed and CAPA taken.
Based on the order, production plan is made and the commitment to the customer is arrived and communicated.
At the end of every week , Review of Plan vs Actual delivery is made and CAPA taken to meet the customer requirement.
Raw material sourcing is planned and synchronized to satisfy customer demand.
On daily basis plan vs actual monitored and CAPA taken to meet the customer requirement and communication made in advance if there is any deviation.
